Custom Order

How it Works

1. Give me a call or send me an email to schedule a consultation. The consultation fee is $50 and is due at time of booking. We will discuss your ideas and come up with an initial plan.

2. I will provide a timeline and cost estimate with a service contract for you to sign.

3. Upon signing, 50% of total cost is due.

4. Once payment is received, I will get to work on your special piece!

5. When I am near completion, I will send some pictures and get your approval to finish.

6. Minor adjustments can be made at no additional cost. If at any time you would like more complex changes that alter the original design, a new consultation fee will be charged with a new contract to sign.

7. Upon signing, 50% of additional cost is due.

8. When your precious order is complete, I will get in touch and request payment for the remaining balance. This will include shipping and tax (if applicable).

All custom orders are final sale. I cannot accept returns or issue an exchange. No exceptions.

Please carefully inspect your item immediately upon receipt and contact me ASAP if you have any questions or concerns.

I will repair any structural issues within 14 days of receipt of your item at no additional cost.

If at any time your item is broken or damaged due to wear and tear or an unfortunate accident, I will assess the problem and provide an estimate for the cost to repair or replace your piece if possible.
